- sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled, sliced
- cucumbers, cut into quarters, seeded, salted and allowed to drain
- nasturtium blossoms
- quartered hard-boiled eggs
- tomatoes, peeled, seeded and sliced
- Arrange all ingredients artistically on a serving platter.
- Just before serving, pour over them a few tablespoonfuls of Vinaigrette sauce.
