Directions

  1. Dice the cucumber very finely, or grate it and remove excess water.
  2. Add chilies, peanut powder, salt, Sugar, grated coconut to the cucumber and mix well.
  3. Now heat the ghee in a small pan, adding jeera, and asafoetida. Add it to the cucumber mixture.
