Ingredients Edit 1 grated cucumber 125 gm boiled prawns 300 ml dahi 6 tbsp lemon juice 250 ml cream 1 chopped capsicum salt and pepper to taste Directions Edit Sprinkle salt on the grated cucumber and leave aside for 15 minutes. Mix together the dahi (yoghurt), cream and cucumber. Add lemon juice, capsicum, prawns and salt and pepper. Chill for an hour before serving.
