Ingredients[]
- 1 grated cucumber
- 125 gm boiled prawns
- 300 ml dahi
- 6 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml cream
- 1 chopped capsicum
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions[]
- Sprinkle salt on the grated cucumber and leave aside for 15 minutes.
- Mix together the dahi (yoghurt), cream and cucumber.
- Add lemon juice, capsicum, prawns and salt and pepper.
- Chill for an hour before serving.
