Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 large stalks celery, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can baby corn
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 1½ cups baby carrots (large ones should be halved)
- 1 small package frozen peas
- 3 – 4 small red potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- ½ cup sliced zucchini
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- cooking oil
Directions
- Heat cooking oil in large pan.
- Sauté kielbasa, onion, and celery.
- Add soup and gradually stir in 1 cup water.
- Add remaining vegetables and thyme.
- Bring to a boil and stir until vegetables are just tender.
