Description

It's a creamy coconutty rice pudding with crepes

Ingredients

• Raw rice 2 cups
• Grated gabulhi (tender coconut) ½ cup
• salt to taste

Directions

1. Soak rice in water for 3 hours. Then grind it with grated gabulhi adding enough quantity of water to make a thick paste.
2. Add salt to it. Then spread it round slowly with a tbsp in a pan (like pan cake). Fry for 3 minutes without turning sides.
