Korean Bean Sprouts

Fast and easy and yummy dish.

  • Preparation: 12 minutes.
  • This recipe is for 2 servings.

  1. Drop the bean sprouts into boiling water and boil 5 minutes.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Return to the pan.
  4. Stir in the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, cayenne, and green onions.
  5. Simmer 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
