Korean Roast Chicken Thighs

Vegetable oil can be used in place of the sesame oil and it still tastes great.

  • This recipe is for 8 servings.
  • Preparation: 1 hour and 10 minutes.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place chicken skin side down in a large baking dish.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour on top of the chicken.
  4. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken over in the dish and bake for another 15 minutes.
