- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- 4 tablespoon apple vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper to taste
- Boil potatoes in jackets until cooked.
- Drain and let stand until lukewarm.
- Peel and slice them thin into a salad bowl.
- Add the other ingredients.
- Toss gently and serve.
