- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/3 cup soy sauce (or fish sauce)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 teaspoons grated lemon peel
- 4 teaspoons ground coriander
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper (Cayenne) -- (1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic -- crushed
- Mix all ingredients. About 3/4 cup.
