Labe Market Salad

Ingredients

• tomatoes
• hard boiled eggs
• cooked potatoes
• cucumber
• onion
• grated carrot
• lettuce
• 1 – 2 tbsp mayo
• juice from one citron

Directions

1. Wash lettuce, hand tear.
2. Chop and add the rest of ingredients.
3. Squeeze in juice from one citron, 1 – 2 tbsp mayo, eat with bread.
