Ingredients

• Tomatoes
• Hard boiled eggs
• Cooked potatoes
• Cucumber
• Onion
• Grated carrot
• Lettuce

Directions

1. Wash lettuce, hand tear.
2. Chop and add the rest of ingredients
3. Squeeze in juice from one citron, 1-2 Tbsp mayo, eat with bread.
