  1. Prepare the marinade by placing lemon juice, olive oil, garam masala, salt and pepper in a medium bowl, mix well.
  2. Next add the lamb cubes, cover and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Arrange lamb cubes on skewers, alternating with pepper slices, onions and tomatoes.
  4. Place under a hot grill or over hot coal and cook for 10 – 15 minutes turning once, or twice until meat is cooked.
