Serve with microwave-roasted potatoes: toss quartered red-skinned potatoes with minced garlic, salt, and butter, and microwave at HIGH, covered, 15 minutes or until tender.

  1. Prepare broiler or grill pan.
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients.
  3. Divide lamb mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4-inch-thick patty.
  4. Place patties on broiler or grill pan coated with cooking spray.
  5. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. Line bottom halves of buns with lettuce leaves.
  7. Top each with 1 tomato slice, 1 patty, and top half of bun.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 burger)
