Bring broth, water and tomato sauce to a boil in large saucepan over high heat. Add all other ingredients and reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tortellini and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Note: Mixed vegetables include Cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and red peppers. Substitutions: 2 cups cooked, cubed lean American Lamb leg or shoulder; 16 ounce fresh tortellini for the boxed tortellini; low-sodium beef broth for the beef broth.
