Lazy Day Salad

Ingredients

• 20 oz can crushed pineapple (with Juice)
• 16 oz fruit cocktail (drained)
• 2 x 8 oz mandarin oranges (drained)
• 1 package instant vanilla or lemon pudding mix
• 1 small to large container Cool Whip (to taste)
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows (optional)
• coconut, to taste (optional)
• ½ cup pecans (optional)
• ½ cup flaked coconut - coloured is nice (optional)

Directions

1. Mix the fruit
2. Add pudding mix
3. Add Cool Whip and mix well
4. You can add the miniature marshmallows and coconut at this point
5. Sprinkle with: pecans and coconut
6. Store in Regfrigerator
