Ingredients[]
- 1 x 14 oz can garbanzo beans
- bunch of parsley
- 2 – 3 green onions
- 3 – 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini (more if you like)
- juice of one lemon
- teaspoon salt
- dash of cayenne
Directions[]
- Place parsley, green onions, and garlic into food processor and chop well.
- Put garbanzos into mixture, add the rest of ingredients, and puree.
- Taste to decide if spices need adjusting and mix accordingly.
- Serve on pitas (delicious with falafel and tabouli) or with fresh veggies.
