  1. Place parsley, green onions, and garlic into food processor and chop well.
  2. Put garbanzos into mixture, add the rest of ingredients, and puree.
  3. Taste to decide if spices need adjusting and mix accordingly.
  4. Serve on pitas (delicious with falafel and tabouli) or with fresh veggies.
