This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Leake Estate in Arlington, Texas in 1982.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Take sausage out of casing if not bulk style.
  3. Crumble sausage in a bowl then mix in grated cheese and flour and shape into 1½ inch meatballs and place on cookie sheets and bake for 18 minutes.
