Salad with beans

Place beans, Parsley, drained Onion, mint, tomato and cucumber into serving bowl. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and beat with a fork. Pour over vegetables, mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Mix again before serving. Serve with pita.
