Leche Flan Ingredients Edit 12 egg yolks 1 can evaporated milk 1 can condensed milk brown sugar for a syrup Directions Edit Mix eggs and milks together. Make brown syrup of the sugar and hot water in a flan pan. Add eggs mixture and steam in a wok for 30-40 minutes. Cool and invert on plate.
