In Romanian: Praz cu carne de vaca
- Fry the meat pieces until brown.
- Cover with water, add a little salt and let boil until the meat is tender.
- During this time, clean the leeks, slice them and blanch.
- Arrange the drained leeks on top of the meat, add the tomato paste and sugar and let boil for 10 – 15 minutes on top of the range.
- Then place in the oven and leave it until the sauce is thickened.
