  1. Cut mangos into pieces but do not peel.
  2. Simmer in a small amount of water 25 – 30 minutes, until tender.
  3. Force through a fine sieve.
  4. Cool.
  5. Fold in stiffly whipped cream.
  6. Add sugar and turn into individual dessert dishes.
  7. Garnish with shaved chocolate.
  8. Chill.
