Two citrus juices give this guacamole twice the zing
- 3 California avocados, peeled, mashed
- 3 tomatoes, peeled, seeded, diced
- ¼ Cup Onion, minced
- 1 lime, juiced and grated rind
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp salt (coarse, if possible)
- ½ Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 3 dashhot pepper sauce
Mix together all ingredients.
Add parsley as garnish.
