  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until browned.
  3. Stir in rice and broth. Cover and cook 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Stir in lemon peel and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
