This is an excellent sauce to be served over baked potatoes or salmon. I do not know the calorie count, but it is high. So, this is a thing to serve to the guests or eat once every two months, unless you exercise evry day for 1 hour and have excellent cholesterol and blood pressure!

  1. In a small bowl mix the sour cream and mayo.
  2. Then add the dill and taste. Adjust the ingredients as wanted.
  3. Next add the Lemon juice and salt.
  4. Serve over baked potatoes or grilled or broiled salmon.
