Cheese lemon herb potatoes Edit

  • ½ oz cheddar cheese, for each potato

Directions Edit

  1. Bake potatoes until done.
  2. Cool.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in unsalted margarine.
  4. Scoop out potatoes and mash.
  5. Beat in onion mixture, hot skimmed milk, lemon and pepper.
  6. Mix in dill and parsley.
  7. Refill skins.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika.
  9. Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.

  1. Add ½ oz grated cheddar cheese on top of each potato before baking the final time.
