Lemon Icing I

In Romanian: Glazura de lamiie

Ingredients

• 7 oz / 200 g sugar
• juice from 2 lemons

Directions

1. Put the juice from the lemons in a small bowl.
2. Add the sifted confectioner's sugar.
3. Mix very well until you get a white foam.
4. Use this mixture to cover the cake.
