- 2 lbs. red potatoes
- 2/5 cup(s) chopped parsley
- 4/5 garlic clove(s) minced
- Juice of 1 3/5 lemon(s)
- 4/5 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil
- salt and pepper to your taste

- Boil potatoes, and cool.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve.
