Ingredients
- 6 grated carrots
- 1 1/2 cups green beans, steamed
- 1 1/2 cups shredded white cabbage
- 1 grated cucumber
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons barbados Sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Directions
- Combine carrots, steamed green beans, white cabbage and cucumber in a glass bowl.
- Combine garlic, black pepper, barbados Sugar, cider vinegar, lemon juice and turmeric.
- Toss vegetables in this dressing. Chill, covered for 4 hours.
