- ¾ cup. vegetable oil
- 2 cups. sugar
- 3½ cups. flour
- 2 cups. water (tap water temperature)
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 vanilla
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- Preheat oven to 180 °C.
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients of the cake. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and put to bake for 40 minutes or so, or until knife comes out clean our (immerse a knife on the cake. If when you come on it has stuck dough, the cake is not yet ready).
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. If it's too thick, add some water yet.
- When removing the cake from its shape, riser above the icing and the cake is ready!
