  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Combine the chicken, celery, almonds, bell pepper, onion, pimento, salt, lemon juice, and mayonnaise.
  3. Mix well and pour into a 1½ quart casserole dish.
  4. Top with grated cheese and the crushed potato chips.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
