  1. Place Chicken/meat in a saucepan with cold water, onions and salt.
  2. Cover and bring slowly to a boil. Simmer gently for 20 minutes.
  3. Mix Peanut butter with 1/4 pint of the Chicken/meat stock and add to the boiling Chicken/meat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and cover.
  5. Simmer very gently for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Serve hot
