LIME RUM SAUCE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Butler Estate in Garland, Texas in 1991. 1/3 cup fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons dark rum 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon honey 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons water 1/8 teaspoon cloves In saucepan over medium heat mix lime juice, rum, honey and water. Bring to a boil and lower the heat and simmer 5 minutes then add cloves.
