  1. Combine rice, broth, salt and saffron in 2-quart saucepan. Heat to boiling; stir once or twice.
  2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in butter, lime juice and cilantro.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
