Description
Ingredients
- 6 or so English muffins, split in half
- 1/2 lb. or so of linguica, cut this thin
- Pizza sauce
- Mozzarella cheese grated
Directions
- Put sauce on each muffin, put the linguica next , then the cheese on top
- Use a toaster oven or broiler to broil for 10 min.
- Keep an eye on the muffins ovens vary
