Banana Kiwi Pudding

  • Serves 4

  1. Cook the rice and milk in 2-quart saucepan about 15 to 20 minutes stirring frequently.
  2. Cool.
  3. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute.
  4. Just before serving, fold in banana and whipped cream.
  5. Garnish with kiwi slices.
