Lithuanian Sauerkraut

Ingredients

• 5 lbs of shredded cabbage
• 3 tbsp salt (use pure salt, kosher salt is good)

Directions

1. Slice/shred cabbage.
2. Mix/toss all the other ingredients in by hand.
