Little Cinnamon Swirl Loaves

1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix (18.25 oz) 4 large eggs 3/4 cup oil 3/4 cup water 1 t. vanilla extract 1/2 cup sugar 3 T. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, beat first 5 ingredients at high speed of mixer 3 minutes. Pour half of batter evenly into 5 greased and floured 3 1/4 x 6 foil loaf pans. combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle half of sugar mixture evenly over batter in pans. Pour remaining batter evenly into pans and sprinkle evenly with remaining sugar mixture. Gently swirl with a knife. Bake 5 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center loaf comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks. Store in freezer if desired. Makes 5 loaves

To wrap loaves, you will need:

1 gallon plastic bag Wire edged ribbon Large cinnamon stick Sprig of artificial holly with berries Place loaf in plastic bag. Tie ribbon into a bowl around top of bag. Tuck cinnamon stick and holly sprig behind bow. Source: Unknown
