  1. Put gizzards and livers in separate saucepans, cover with water, and simmer until tender.
  2. Chop fine and put in separate containers.
  3. Cook ground beef and pork in oil until well done.
  4. Add gizzards and simmer about 15 minutes.
  5. Add onion, garlic, celery and green onions; cook until tender.
  6. Add livers, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Cook about 15 minutes longer.
  8. Combine with cooked rice.
  9. Season to taste with salt, black pepper and red pepper.
