Louisiana Shrimp Bake
3/4 c. butter 1 bay leaf 1/4 c fresh lemon juice 1 1/2 t. lemon pepper 3/4 t. cayenne 1 t. garlic powder 1/2 c. water 1 lb. shelled raw shrimp 1 to 2 t. Old Bay seasoning Mix butter, bay leaf, lemon juice, lemon pepper, cayenne, garlic powder and water in a saucepan. Heat and stir until butter melts; remove and discard bay leaf. Place shrimp in one layer in a glass dish. Pour butter mixture over shrimp; sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve shrimp with French bread for dunking into the butter sauce.
