- 1½ cup flour
- ¼ cup granulated fructose or other sugar replacement
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup low-fat milk (2%)
- ⅔ cup liquid shortening
- 2 eggs
Directions[]
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour a 13 x 9" cake pan.
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40 – 45 minutes.
- Let cool.
