  1. Boil shrimp, cool.
  2. Cut pork into very small pieces.
  3. Shell shrimp and cut into small pieces.
  4. Saute garlic and onion in a small amount of oil; add pork.
  5. Cook over medium heat until light brown.
  6. Stir in shrimp.
  7. Add cabbage, carrots, string beans, mushrooms and bean sprouts, in this order, one at a time.
  8. Add patis.
  9. Drain in colander.
  10. Place 2 tbsp of mixture into a wrapper; wrap jelly roll style, folding both ends closed.
  11. Deep fry in hot oil.
