Luna Mansion green Chili Chicken Soup

1 quart chicken stock (or broth) 1 quart heavy whipping cream 2 1/2 cups hot green chili 4 cups diced cooked chicken meat 2 T. cumin Salt and pepper to taste

Bring chicken stock and whipping cream to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer. Add green chili, chicken meat and cumin. Simmer until all ingredients are thoroughly blended. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 15 to 18 servings, each 6 oz. Source: Unknown
