  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion.
  3. Pour off grease.
  4. Add seasonings to taste.
  5. Cook elbow macaroni until almost done.
  6. Mix meat and cooked noodles in a large bowl with all other ingredients (except cheese).
  7. Put mixture in a greased casserole dish and top with cheese.
  8. Bake in oven at 350°F for 20 minutes or until done.


  • Add 1 can sliced mushrooms and 1 can sliced olives.
  • To lower sodium content: use low-sodium canned soups and Low-sodium vegetables or fresh vegetables; use salt substitute instead of salt.
  • To lower fat content: use defatted or lean meats; omit sour cream or use low fat or fat-free sour cream; decrease or omit cheese or use low fat cheese.
