Macaroni and Cheese Pudding

Ingredients

• ½ lb / 250 g macaroni
• 3 tablespoons sheep cheese
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 3 eggs
• bread crumbs

Directions

1. Boil the macaroni in salt water, drain, rinse with cold water and let drain again.
2. Beat the eggs, add the Cheese, mix with the macaroni and the melted butter.
3. butter a baking sheet, put some breadcrumbs all over, place the macaroni and then bake.
4. Turn onto a platter, cut into squares and serve hot.
