Ingredients[]
- 1 L. tomato vegetable Juice
- 330 ml. coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 3 Tb. parsley, dried
- 1Tb. garam masala
- 1/2 Tbs. ginger, ground
- 1/2 Tbs. cayenne pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 c. coconut meat, dried
Directions[]
Mix all the ingredients in a large pot.
Bring the mixture to a soft boil.
Let simmer 15–25 minutes.
