- 1 cup Pinot Noir
- ¼ cup honey
- vanilla crème fraîche for garnish

- In a food processor, combine the blueberries, Pinot Noir, and honey; blend until the mixture becomes smooth, do not strain.
- Chill the soup before serving.
- Garnish each soup bowl with vanilla crème fraîche.
