  1. Put all the ingredients in a iron pot except the butter.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir regularly to avoid sticking.
  4. When it reaches the right consistency turn off the heat.
  5. Serve immediately in small bowls or ice cream glasses and let cool.
  6. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
