Mamu's Baked Chicken

6 chicken breasts, boned and halved (may be skinned) 2 cups sour cream 1/4 cup lemon juice 4 t. Worcestershire sauce 4 t. celery salt 2 t. paprika 4 garlic cloves 1/2 t. pepper Salt to taste 1 3/4 cups plain packaged bread crumbs 1 stick butter

Wipe breasts and put them in a large bowl. Mix the sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, paprika, garlic and pepper. add salt to taste. Coat the chicken well with the sour cream mixture, being sure to use all of it. Put in refrigerator, covered, overnight. Preheat the oven to 350. Remove chicken from sour cream and coat evenly in the crumbs. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking pan. Melt the butter in the pan and spoon halve over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes. Spoon the rest of the butter over the chicken. Bake for 10 to 15 more minutes or until tender and brown. Makes 6 to 10 servings, depending on appetites. Source: Louis L'Amour, writer
