Fresh mint brightens the flavor of this cooler.
Ingredients[]
- 3 cups coarsely chopped peeled mango
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup mango nectar
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
Directions[]
- Place mango in freezer 1 hour.
- Combine mango, ice cubes, and remaining ingredients in a blender; process until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)
