  1. Mix cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
  2. Mix eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple.
  3. Mix mangos, walnuts and raisins.
  4. Combine all ingredients together.
  5. Pour into prepared 9"x11" pan and let sit for 20 minutes.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 – 45 minutes.
